The SD2SP2 POR (Pro?) has a problem - there is a gap between the SD card slot and the GameCube chassis. It's very easy to insert the SD card into the void and you'll have to unscrew the GameBoy Player just to retrieve the card.
Jam this in there and then install the SD2SP2 Pro, and the problem is dealt with ;-)
There are different PCB Models, please check which version is yours before ordering.
